ABOUT CORLAS

CORLAS 2021

CORLAS (Collegium Oto-Rhino-Laryngologicum Amicitiae Sacrum) was founded in 1926, in Groningen (the Netherlands) at the initiative of Charles Emile Benjamins and Adriaan De Kleyn. The principal objective of the Collegium is to create a forum for the discussion of scientific problems related to the whole field of otorhinolaryngology, head and neck surgery. These discussions should serve to create a spirit of friendship among members.

You can get the meeting materials at registration desk.
From Sunday August 22, the registration desk is located on the -1 floor of the Foyer of Los Araucanos room, and is open at the following hours:

Tuesday, August 24       07:30 – 17:00 h
Wednesday, August 25    07:30 – 17:00 h

Accompanying persons Lounge

Room Manquehue will be open from Sunday August 22, to Wednesday 25.
Free Wi Fi available and is a place to meet, socialize and rest, especially for the accompanying persons.  

Certificate of Attendance

All participants will receive a certificate of attendance. The folder with the meeting materials contains the certificate. On request the certificate can also be sent electronically.

Name Badge

A name badge will be provided to all members, guests, accompanying persons, and exhibitors. Wearing your name badge is mandatory for all activities during 22-25 August 2021, including the scientific program, tours and dinners. Should you lose your name badge a replacement will be provided at the registration desk.

Poster Boards

For poster presentations, prepare your poster to fit the size of the poster boards of 90 cm (width) by 140 cm (height) and bring it with you.
Remark: the conference organization will provide the material for attaching the posters.

Official Group Photo

The official group photo will be taken on Monday August 23 at 12:15 at the stairs of the foyer of Los Araucanos Room, Hotel Plaza el Bosque. Only for Members.

Unforeseen events and
Program Changes

Due to unforeseen or external factors, the program may be changed in some extent.
The participant acknowledges that he/she has not rights to lodge damage claims against the organizers, should the holding of the meeting be hindered or prevented by unexpected political, health or economic events or generally by force majeure, or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate program changes.
Participants take part in all events of this meeting at their own risk. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
